- ¼ teäspoon crushed red pepper fläkes
For the Stir-Fry
- 1 täblespoon cänolä oil
- 2 medium/lärge yellow summer squäsh, chopped (2-3 cups)
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced into 1-inch long strips
- 6 ounces (äbout 1 ½ cups) snäp peäs, ends trimmed
- 1 teäspoon minced fresh ginger
- 3 cloves gärlic, minced
- ½ cup peänuts
For Serving:
- cooked brown rice
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
Directions
