With an introduction like that, I'd be somewhat stressed to hear the news that to get this exquisite pitcher on the table, it would require a 3-day, exceptional procedure to blend my very own soda and develop natural, terrace cranberries (the two of which would take far longer than 3 days since I consider it).
Nah. None of that drivel here (particularly since I obviously don't have a clue what I'm discussing with either perspective).
This tasty bubbly blend is happy and basic.
We swallowed this apple juice cranberry punch down on a normal Saturday evening as I was playing around with amounts to get the flavor spot on and we as a whole concurred it is a champ.
Those cranberries. Truly. They add only the ideal poignancy to the zippy, delicately sweet beverage.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 4 cups apple cider (see note), chilled
- 2 cups ginger ale, chilled
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 cups cranberry juice, chilled
- Crushed ice
- In a small saucepan, combine the cranberries and water and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the cranberries pop and split. Remove from the heat and stir in the sugar. Let cool to room temperature (or chill in the refrigerator).
