With basic fixings and a blender, you can make this at home in just 5 minutes. Kids and adults alike will love this sound smoothie equation!
If for no good reason you need your smoothie to be less thick (state, to drink it out of a straw) just incorporate more milk until the consistency you need.
INGREDIENTS :
- 4 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen banana chunks
- 1 cup milk of choice (see notes)
INSTRUCTIONS :
- Add the milk to the bottom of your high speed blender
- Add strawberries and frozen bananas on top of the milk
- Blend, scraping down the edges if necessary
