Lemon Garlic Halibut

In this recipe, the flatfish fillets are front marinated in a lemon-garlic supported steep.  It is then treated in the oven for 20 minutes. Finally, it is topped with several good cut tomatoes and parsley. The outcome is delicious and tender seek utterly complimented by the smoking lemon-garlic sauce. Ingredients :

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 lb halibut fillet
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • 6 cloves garlic ,minced
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

Garnish (Optional):

  • 1 tomato ,diced
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions :
