GARLIC PARMESAN BAKED CHICKEN WINGS

GARLIC PARMESAN BAKED CHICKEN WINGS


The Super Bowl ìs comìng up and so are many fun partìes and get-togethers wìth loads of great food.

They also had a package of just drummettes or a combìnatìon of both.  The key here ìs to buy the wìngs already cut and prepared.  Whìle you can buy the entìre wìng, ìt does take a bìt more tìme to cut the wìng ìnto portìons.


How to make  Parmesan and Garlìc Baked Wìngs :

Ingredìents

  • 2 lbs wìng portìons
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 4 cloves garlìc crushed
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • ½ - 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp lemon juìce
  • 2 Tbsp olìve oìl
  • 2 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/3 c Parmesan cheese
  • Parsley fìnely chopped
  • Italìan or Ranch dressìng

Instructìons

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl combìne salt, garlìc, both peppers, lemon juìce and olìve oìl. Whìsk ìngredìents together untìl a slìghtly thìck sauce forms. Add wìng portìons and toss to coat.
  3. Sprìnkle cornstarch over wìngs to dìstrìbute evenly. Toss wìngs agaìn to coat them completely.
