The route to this equation is the overripe bananas. They incorporate the sweetness and give a very rich surface. I buy extra bananas consistently. One gathering to eat and one to age. Continue… … ..let your bananas get bundles of dull hued spots on them. You can see from my photographs that I let them get darker. I won't eat them that darker with the exception of if it's in a recipe since I am a banana upstart, yet the browner the better for this equation. Strip the prepared bananas, heave them into a Ziploc pack, and a short time later spot in the cooler. By and by, each time you have to impact a smoothie you to have bananas arranged to go.
These smoothies make a good protein choice as opposed to sandwiches in the lunch box. Spot them in reusable silicone tubes or freezable canning compartments and stop. Simply draw from the cooler when you are set up to use in the lunch box. The smoothie will defrost a bit and be extraordinary and slushy for lunch. As a smart breakfast, lunch box dinner, or sweet treat these smoothies can't be beat. Welcome this easy to-make Chunky Monkey Smoothie at whatever point you get a craving for something sweet, smooth, and luscious.
